My fiance and I began the home buying process on March 28 and by June 4 we were moved into our dream home! Dreading the home buying process from friends and family with nightmare stories we began our search on Realtor.com We found a few houses we were interested in and began the process of emailing the listing agents. The website can be outdated and the other realtors were very blunt and informed us the listing was no longer available. When we emailed Marc, his listing was too no longer available but he replyed and emailed us some other listings like the one we contacted him on and he then sent us a brief questionaire to help narrow the search. He was EXTREMELY helpful! To be honest we had ideas of what we wanted but we werent entirely sure what or where we wanted to buy. After spending one morning with Marc and viewing 10 properties we knew we had met our guy!!!! He was personable, humerous, educated, knowledgble of the area and the market, professional, friendly and efficient. All of the qualities you hope to find in a realtor. We hit the jackpot with Marc! The process of bidding and contracting was so easy. Everything was done electronically making the process super fast! Of course when trying to find a home you dont always get your first pick and not due to lack of trying thats for sure. Everytime we went back to the drawing board he was optimistic and always knew the perfect things to say. In the end we found the perfect home and his communication skills are unmatched. This guy will put his boxing gloves on and fight for his clients. I would recommend Marc Kerschner to anyone!!!!! A++++++++ Realtor and now we get to call him our friend!!!! We are lucky to have found him by sheer fate and we cant thank him enough for making the process so smooth, being there for us and helping our family find the perfect home! I can not find the words to describe just how thankful we are to Marc Kerschner!!!

Marc & Shelly far exceeded my expectations as the exclusive agents in the sale of my Moms house in Boynton Beach, and I’m a picky NYer who was in real estate myself in NYC. This was a unique long distance sale with not only my Mom still in place but a caretaker as well, and in a community that didn’t allow any open house. Marc and Shelly handled the listing expertly, they informed us how to prep the house, they showed the house while keeping my up to date, they negotiated on my behalf, they possessed all the tools to get the deal across the finish line at a great #. More than the mechanics of the deal Marc and Shelly brought a humane and truly caring nature to our interactions, whether it was dealing with my Mom who was moving north to Assisted Living or dealing with her caretaker who was not helpful, they kept the deal moving. Marc and Shelly went way above and beyond what was called for when they even assisted me with moving, disposal, hauling, pressure washing and extermination, they new what was required to get the deal done and didn’t hesitate to let me know it, help hire a pro and assure that the tasks were completed as promised.
